He claims to be a photog but does not seem to care about things that most photogs obsess about. He always gives solid info for which I’m grateful but the blur and camera angle kind of burrow into my brain and I have a hard time following what he is saying. He is a man he is supposed to have texture to his skin. The AI portrait seems to lessen what it does to mens faces but whats happening to him is excessive. The low camera angle also gives a pin head with its wide angle view from keystoning. Hope I’m not stepping on toes but I am just trying to be helpful.

What i’m drawing a blank on is how to smooth out the neck and chest after I have done the face. It makes it scream that the face has been retouched. Kind of blown away by the ease of creation of the adaptive portrait mask. It is nice to show making the young and beautiful more so mostly what Im dealing with are seniors, need advice how to minimize our turkey necks and wrinkled skin to match the ai portrait which I can set to a believable amount of correction. Thanks for all you do and I really love On1 plus’s more detailed training. Showing multiple ways of doing the same task is alway beneficial to me.

I agree. I struggle with the glare in glasses, shiny spots on skin and other subject specific issues.

Het is nogal een heel gedoe om halo’s rond een hoofditem weg te werken( met blur en de chisseltool apart). Kan dat in de nieuwe versie (najaar) niet wat simpeler?

Isn’t that easier than adding a layer and doing all that brushing out?

There have been quite a few times when I wanted to do things like remove the shine from a subject’s face and the settings in the portrait tool just wouldn’t do it. Other times I wanted to smooth out an area of someone’s skin more than the portrait options would let me do. I would really like to see some detail on how to do those things and more with my subjects.
